     Affordable Housing Communities (“AHC”) benefits from the skills of an experienced team of professionals to locate and acquire properties as well as manage them after acquisition including the following:


Michael Gottlieb, President of Affordable Housing Communities

Mr. Gottlieb is the founder of AHC and leads the investor group in the acquisition, retrofit, placement, sale, and on-going management of the manufactured home Communities acquired by Investors.  Prior to AHC, Mr. Gottlieb was an investment Banker and financial advisor registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers (“NASD”) and for approximately ten years was series 7 and series 24 licensed including a number of years as a principal.  He worked at two New York Stock Exchange firms primarily in the area of institutional sales and investment banking and helped launch the European trading desk.  He is no longer associated with any securities firm.


Mr. Gottlieb has been a successful passive real estate investor since 1985, and began a successful career as an active investor in manufactured housing communities in January of 2000.  Since then, Mr. Gottlieb has acquired approximately twenty-five communities in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas, consisting of a total of over 3000 units.  In addition, through AHC Mr. Gottlieb manages properties which Mr. Gottlieb does not have an ownership interest in including properties in Florida, South Carolina and Ohio.


Mr. Gottlieb has gained a broad range of experience since founding his company including turning around distressed and vacant properties, stabilizing under-performing parks, and working with FEMA to fill a park after two devastating hurricanes hit the Treasure Coast area of Florida in 2004.


Through Mr. Gottlieb's management and leadership, AHC has invested efficiently and realized substantial returns through numerous investment cycles.


Because of his experience and his extensive contacts with sellers, brokers, and lenders specializing in this product, Mr. Gottlieb is in an excellent position to identify very attractive investment opportunities within the manufactured housing industry, including pre-owned homes, and intends to aggressively grow his portfolio.


Frank Bruno, Acquisitions Administrator

For the last fourteen years, Mr. Bruno has owned and operated Continental Atlantic, Inc., one of the nation’s leading real estate companies specializing in the buying and selling of manufactured housing communities.  The company has nationwide affiliations with local real estate brokerage companies, management companies and leasing companies that specialize in the manufactured housing community industry. 


Continental Atlantic has offices in Indiana, Colorado, South Carolina and Florida.  Its list of clients consists of REIT’s, corporations, portfolio owners and single property owners. 


Mr. Bruno has brokered deals in the manufactured housing industry totaling well over $150 million. 


In previous years Mr. Bruno worked for the Asset Management Division of Equitable Life, Tishman Midwest, VMS and various real estate companies which acquired, disposed of, leased and managed office buildings and shopping centers within the United States.


Donald Carter, Acquisition Financing Administrator

Donald Carter has been engaged in all phases of real estate acquisition, finance, construction, and management for the last 30 years.  As a managing director he has sourced and purchased nonperforming loans on an international basis, as well as being the southeast representative for Cushman and Wakefield on their National Mortgage Conduit Program.


Most of his career has been spent in entrepreneurial real estate where he has acquired, renovated, and sold over 7500 apartments and managed and renovated over 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office properties.  He is also well versed in finance having originated in excess of $2.75 billion dollars of acquisition, refinance, construction and development loans, as well as 7200 end loans.  Presently Mr. Carter is managing partner of Gibraltar Mortgage and is also a broker in Continental Atlantic, Inc. a mobile home park company that specializes in buying selling and financing of mobile home parks.


Attorney Joseph Suchyta

Mr. Suchyta provides legal counsel to AHC in its asset acquisition and management operations.  He has practiced primarily transactional law for over a decade and was a member of the legal team in the acquisition of one of AHC’s initial assets which closed in September of 2001. 


Mr. Suchyta is closely involved with properties under contract for purchase and sale, actively negotiates terms and different aspects of deals for AHC and works to bring transactions to close. 


Mr. Suchyta holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and a Law Degree from the University of Iowa.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, Attorneys’ Title Fund Services and the American Bar Association.
